What we'd genuinely like to hear about

• Numbers that look wrong. Electricity rates change, net metering rules change, and installed costs vary more by region than our national figure allows for. If a page says something that does not match your actual quote or your actual bill, tell us — that is the most useful email we can get.
• Missing cities. We cover 525 cities. If yours is not among them, say so and we will look at whether Google has rooftop coverage for it.
• Anything broken — a page that will not load, a roof lookup that fails, a link that goes nowhere.

What we can't help with

We are not installers and we do not sell solar. We cannot quote you, recommend a company, or arrange an installation, and we will not pass your details to anyone who does. If you want quotes, get three from local installers — here is what to ask them.

Who runs this

PanelFit is an independent project, built and maintained by one person in Vancouver, Canada. It is supported by advertising, which is why it is free to use and why we have no reason to steer you toward a purchase. More about how it works and what we don't do →

Response times

Usually within a few days. If you are reporting something factually wrong, it helps enormously to include the page URL and what you believe the right figure is.
